For Pride week, the Green Party in Stockholm wanted a temporary tattoo to hand out during events and parade. I chose the seahorse because they are known to form relationships across all sexes, and also being among the rare species where males bear eggs and give birth. It fitted well to play with the traditional sailor tattoo, and  ‘cheer for queer’ felt like a cheeky yet not too silly tagline.
